Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long will it take for my graphic design to be ready?
Our process will take 5 to 7 business days. We strive to have a quality sample ready for you in a much sooner time and will do everything possible to do so but some companies strategic requirements for the perfect design can take a bit longer. If you receive a sample within 2 to 3 days then don't be surprised. That means we worked just a bit harder for you.

  • Do I have access directly to the designer working on my project?
You certainly do. We will make sure you have constant direct email contact with the designer on your specific project. Unlike other companies we will NOT be hidden behind contact forms and support tickets to slowly process you through an aggravating experience. We want your experience with us to be as wonderful as possible.

  • When do I receive all the files you used to create my project and what good are they to me?
As soon as your project is finalized by your stamp of approval we will put together your personal CD of all files and mail them to you if you selected the CD option. If you did not select the CD option all files will be made available for download to you in an easy to access link in a zip file. All files will be fully accessible to use for modifications if you so choose, and they are real helpful to your printer company for use in stationary, business cards, shirts, hats, bumper stickers, etc.

  • I need my design created right now! Can you do that?
We can. You are assigned a designer who will go to work immediately on your project once we have all of your information. If you need the design completed before the designated time frame allotted for the package you have chosen then that can also be arranged. In most cases since work is started immediately on your project your turnaround will be most satisfactory to you. If you need a design in less than 24 hours we can do that as well but will need to discuss this directly with you in detail.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, certified checks and money orders are also accepted but MUST be received before work commences.

  • How do I see my design samples?
Your designer will contact you via email and or confirm by phone your username and password to login and view your design samples. Make sure not to give out your username or password to anyone. If you give it out your username and password to someone just have a look and your work samples are stolen and you find them used elsewhere then we are not responsible.

  • How many changes can I ask to have to my designs?
Changes to your designs are UNLIMITED. Remember that your designer works directly with you until you are satisfied.

  • How can I place my order?
You may start by clicking the "Start My Graphic Kit" image anywhere you see it on our site or click here to select your package and begin. Once you select the package that works best for you click the "Order Now" button and fill out the simple form and we will contact you to confirm and put together any uncovered information you may have for us.

  • Is there a difference in a company logo type package and an illustrated graphic?
Yes. There is a large difference. A company logo is a unique design but simple enough to stand above the rest. An example would be UPS and IBM.

If you are in need of a detailed graphic illustration then something that complex will need to be discussed directly with you. Price will vary on the difficulty level of the project. In such a case you will need to contact us.

  • What happens after my order is finalized?
Your designer will supply you with all the necessary files to ensure high quality printing for promotional material, signs, stationery printing, web use and other digital media either in zip format ready for download or on CD-Rom, which will be shipped to you directly. At this point there will be no further revisions to your project.

  • Who owns the rights to the created design package?
All rights to your package created are yours. You many register or trademark your final design. We make sure you have this right by putting it in writing in your finalized package. Also it is stated all over the website to confirm at anytime.
